Nowadays it is the most researched mindfulness program in the world. Various supporting research have been published about its benefits of mental health and emotional balance.

This gentle movement practice will be tailored to your abilities. We will focus on slowing down, and learn how to connect your movement to your breath. The intention is to bring awareness to the bodily sensations.
